How much does water cost?
Flat fee of $16.00 per month, plus $5.65 per 1,000 gallons of usage.
How much is the average bill?
Average household bill is $35.00
How do I sign up for water service?
Call 513-726-9000 and leave name, address, phone number, and post office box number. We will set you up in the system, and you will see a $25.00 transfer fee on your first bill.
How much is the late charge if not paid on time?
10% of the outstanding bill.
How long before I get shut off for non-payment?
Ordinance states water service be shut off after 2 months and 10 days of non-payment.
Can renters sign up for service?
No, water service is levied against the property, so the bill will stay in the landlord’s name.
Where can I make my payment?
You can pay at any First Financial Bank branch, or you can mail payment to Seven Mile Water Department, PO Box 400, Seven Mile, OH 45062, or drop in the Blue Payment Drop Box located on the side of the firehouse. PLEASE INCLUDE THE PAYMENT STUB, AND WRITE ACCOUNT NUMBER ON YOUR CHECK.
Do you accept cash for payment?
You can only pay cash at First Financial Bank.
